Once you purchase an OOFOS gift card, you will receive an email within minutes to access the gift card. If you choose to send the gift card to a recipient and have completed the appropriate fields during checkout, the recipient will receive an email with the gift card details based on the send date selected.
There are no additional processing fees. Gift cards are excluded from promotions and rewards points.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
