If you are a Canberra local, when you are in store, please request this service when you are in store.
If you are interstate, you can arrange to send your shoes back to us with a return postage satchel and we will take care of your shoe repairs.
Please note:
- This offer is valid to purchases made after the commencement of the loyalty program, 20th September 2023
- Maximum 2 repairs claimed per annum
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
